on occasion, the move Giggle will cause my Ponymon to slide left off the screen similar to the effect of the Pokemon move Roar instead of having the red descending zigzags representing a decrease in attack, only for it to reappear when the visual effect of Giggle would normally end. it’s not anything big, nor does it happen too frequently, but it still seems worth at least being aware of.
Some of the moves we have are goofed, we’re trying to correct them but we still don’t know how all of them are bugged. Adding bug report tag.
I downloaded an emulator and got the game working. But then I got stuck right after pressing start. All I get is a screen telling me FlutterYay is a programmer, keeping me stuck there unable to get on with the game. I Can reset and what the start again, but it's the same thing as soon I get to the start screen and want to get started playing. What am I doing wrong?

Two most basic things I would suggest would be to check your settings for both the Joypad and for the Save type. Change the joypad to whatever setting you want, save state to Flash 128K (check the wiki faq for more details)
I'm a huge MLP and pokemon fan so I couldn't help myself from squeeing in delight when I realised this game existed. Now, I only have one problem... I don't know how to make the game play on my computer after I downloaded it. I haven't tried games on my computer like this before... Is there something else I need to download first to make the game work? Thank you for your time
You likely need an emulator, I think we suggest what to use with the readme file.
Will the different ponymons be like different pokemon types or are they all the basic type?

South of Philydelphia, I'm unable to get into the guardhouse that actually allows me into the underground passageway to go to the game's version of Vermillion. There are a row of bushes that are environmental pieces, not ones that are able to be cut. I checked both versions and this issue is there, yet in the regular Firered/LeafGreen there is no such thing. Have you changed something in game to cause this?

Yes. that is as far as we’ve gotten into modifying the game so far.
In the beginning of the game, a man says they are selling socks at the Mart. Will you add socks later in the game, or did you put him there to say gibberish?

Ah, k. Well, the slot P Finish currently takes up used to be the slot for Lotus (Lotus and Aloe used to have 3 evo forms, not 2) but we reduced them to make room for Photo Finish. We just haven’t gone back and replaced the sprites yet, since P Finish really isn’t coded in yet (much like how many of the other ponies have pokemon sprites)

Also: the next person to ask me when something happens in the normal course of the game (where the legendary birds/Wonderbolts are, when can you revive Octavia/DJ P0n3, etc) is going to make me break down and weep. Have none of you played classic pokemon?

Quick question. I got bored and used cheats to leave Fillydelphia and went to Ponyville, and on the way I found a house. On the inside was a guy saying he would give me a BLINKIEPIE for a TRIXIE. I, of course, was a fool and accepted. The visual sprite (and name) was for MIMIEN. So, that being said; will I have to start over from the beginning since BLINKIPIE isn't complete, or will MIMIEN's data simply change into BLINKIEPIE's in the next update?

As far as I know, blinkie pie is not ready for the next update, sorry. It will eventually change, so you CAN keep it, but not yet
